§ 1 Scope

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter “Terms”) apply to the use of the website interdown.com (hereinafter “Service”), operated by Ben Luis Krause, Enzstraße 23, 71706 Markgröningen, Germany. By using the Service, users agree to these Terms.

§ 2 Description of services

Interdown provides information about the possible disruption status of popular online services. The status displays are based on user-generated outage reports and automated analyses and serve solely as non-binding information. The Service is offered free of charge. There is no claim to continuous availability or to any particular functionality.

§ 3 No warranty of accuracy

The status information provided is supplied to the best of our knowledge, but without any warranty as to accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Interdown is not affiliated with the services and brands displayed; the names and brands mentioned are the property of their respective owners and serve only for identification. No claims can be derived from the displays.

§ 4 User obligations

Users undertake not to misuse the Service. In particular, it is prohibited to submit outage reports untruthfully, in an automated manner with manipulative intent, or in a way that impairs the functionality of the Service. We reserve the right to take appropriate measures in the event of misuse.

§ 5 Liability

The operator is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as for intent and gross negligence. In the case of simple negligence, the operator is liable only for the breach of a material contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Any further liability is excluded. No liability is assumed for decisions that users make on the basis of the information displayed.

§ 6 Changes to the Terms and the Service

The operator reserves the right to change these Terms and the scope of the Service at any time with effect for the future, or to discontinue the Service in whole or in part. The current version is available on this page.

§ 7 Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
